The <hr> Tag

The <hr> tag (Horizontal Rule) defines a thematic break on an HTML page, which is displayed as a horizontal line. In modern HTML, it is not used just for visual separation, but marks a shift between themes within the same section (e.g., a transition between two different steps in your Arduino tutorial).
