Creating a Database with MySQLi

With PHP, we can connect to and manage databases. MySQL is the most popular database system used with PHP. A database consists of one or more tables, which we already learned about in the MySQL chapter. Now we will create a database programmatically using PHP. For this, we need the CREATE privilege. We will use the CREATE DATABASE statement to create a new database named mysqli_baza_podatkov.
