The mysqli_more_results() function checks if there are any more results available from a query
executed with mysqli_multi_query() on the currently open connection.
Practical use: This function is almost always used inside loops where we process multiple SQL commands at once (e.g., when requesting data from two different tables in a single call). It helps us determine when to prepare the next data set.
mysqli_next_result().
