The mysqli_reap_async_query() function returns the result set from an SQL query that was previously
sent with the MYSQLI_ASYNC flag.
Practical use: When you send an asynchronous query, PHP does not stop. But when you finally need
that data, you call this function to retrieve it from the network buffer. It is typically used inside a loop in
combination with mysqli_poll().
